The Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place has 15 conference rooms available, which can accommodate from 12 to 300 persons. Our meeting rooms, all with daylight, are air-conditioned, soundproofed and equipped with wireless Internet.

The Westminster meeting room can be divided into two separate rooms and can accommodate up to 300 persons.

The Duquesnoy meeting room can be divided into two separate rooms and can accommodate seminars of up to 150 persons.

The Warwick meeting room and the nine Executive Boardrooms in the Business Centre are particularly well located at Lobby level and are fully equipped for small meetings from 10 to 30 persons.

The Salon Grand Place is an elegant salon that can accommodate your banquet of up to 120 persons or your cocktail of up to 150 persons.

From the moment you enter the hotel, the Conference Butler will be your exclusive contact person.
